§ 33.34 PERMITS AND RIGHT ENTRY.

In addition to any other rights of entry permitted to the Fire Code Official, an application for a city building or construction permit shall constitute consent to entry by authorized city personnel for purposes of inspection. Any refusal to permit entry will justify an immediate stop work order.
