The current referenced national and state codes and standards adopted by the Office of State Fire Marshal in Title 265 Chapter 25 Section 265:25-1-3 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code and any updates to such codes, standards and regulations are incorporated by reference as a part of the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Claremore. In the event that there are inconsistencies or duplications in the requirements of these provisions incorporated by reference, the provisions incorporated by reference shall prevail, except where the regulations of the International Fire Code are more stringent.
