The International Fire Code, 2015 Edition, or the latest edition adopted by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission (OUBCC) are required by state statutes, is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Claremore for the control of fire safety of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations of the International Building Codes, are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made part of this code by reference, as if fully set out in this code, with the additions, deletions, and changes, if any prescribed in this chapter and as required by state statutes. A least on copy of the code is kept on file in the office of the Fire Marshal.
