The Claremore Fire Department may respond to requests for mutual aid from public safety agencies or request mutual aid from other public safety agencies in accordance with policies established by the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief may also establish automatic aid with other public safety agencies. Such aid shall be conducted under 11 O.S. § 29-108 or the specific terms of current aid agreements established under 11 O.S. §§ 29-105 and 29-106.
