There shall be paid to the City Clerk the sum of $100 for the license issued to any applicant, and annual license renewals shall be $50. The fee shall be per applicant, regardless of the number of vehicles utilized by any single operator. Each license shall expire the day the operator's state license is to expire and must be renewed within 30 days of expiration.
