§ 113.07 SIGNS.
   (A)   Signs permitted. Only the following specified signs may be displayed in relation to a pending residential sale:
      (1)   Garage sales and estate sales without Oklahoma sales tax permit.
         (a)   On-site sign permitted. One sign provided by the city shall be permitted and must be displayed on the property of the residence where the residential sale is being conducted. One additional sign may be displayed on the property of the residence where the residential sale is being conducted. Any additional sign shall not exceed nine square feet.
         (b)   Off-site signs permitted. Only signs provided by the city are allowed. Two signs shall be permitted to be displayed on city’s right- of-way. The sign must be posted as not to block the view of traffic.
         (c)   Prohibited signs. No signs shall be erected, placed, posted, or otherwise displayed on any public street signs and posts, traffic signs and posts, or upon a public utility pole, street light, or any city property.
      (2)   Estate sales with Oklahoma sales tax permit.
         (a)   On-site sign permitted. One sign provided by the city shall be permitted and must be displayed on the property of the residence where the residential sale is being conducted. One additional sign may be displayed on the property of the residence where the estate sale is being conducted. Any additional sign shall be a maximum of nine square feet.
         (b)   Off-site signs permitted. Six signs shall be permitted to be displayed on city’s right-of-way. The sign must be posted as not to block the view of traffic. Signs shall not exceed 22 inches by 28 inches in size, nor shall they be installed more than 30 inches above grade.
         (c)   Prohibited signs. No signs shall be erected, placed, posted, or otherwise displayed on any public street signs and posts, traffic signs and or upon a public utility pole, street light, or any city property.
   (B)   Time, limitation. Such signs shall not be erected sooner than the day of the sale, and all signs must be removed at the close of the residential sale activities.
   (C)   Removal of signs. The person to whom a residential sale permit was issued shall be responsible for removing any such signs.
