§ 113.05 ISSUANCE; TERMS.
   (A)   Permit issued for four or less consecutive days. The Utility Office is hereby authorized to grant a license for a residential sale for a period not to exceed four consecutive days to any person applying who otherwise complies with the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   Exemption if sale not held because of inclement weather or other emergency causes. If a residential sale is not held on the dates for which the license is issued or is terminated during the first day of the sale because of inclement weather conditions or other emergency causes (including but not limited to fire, illness, natural disaster, or other emergency beyond the control of the applicant), the permittee may submit a written statement which states the particular reasons why the sale was not held. The Utility Office may issue another license to the applicant for a residential sale to be conducted at the same location within 30 days from the date when the first sale was to be held.
