§ 113.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall hold, conduct, engage in, or participate in any manner in a residential sale without a license as provided for in this chapter.
   (B)   A separate license shall be required for each location at which a residential sale is to be held, and no location shall be eligible for more than two licenses in a calendar year.
   (C)   The permittee shall be responsible for having the license readily available for inspection and posting the license in a conspicuous place at the site of the residential sale throughout the duration of the sale.
   (D)   Failure to obtain a license required by this chapter shall be deemed a violation of the code. Failure to have the license readily available for inspection or failure to post in accordance with this chapter shall be deemed a violation of this code.
   (E)   The issuance of a license under the provisions of this chapter shall not exempt the licensee from the terms and provisions of other ordinances.
