(A) The permit shall be revocable by the City Council for cause upon reasonable notice to the permittee.
(B) Any violation of this chapter shall be an offense. Anyone adjudged guilty of violating this chapter shall be punished for the offense as set forth in § 10.99; each day of a continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) For repeated violations, the city shall further be authorized to pursue any other remedy authorized by law or equity, including, but not limited to, seeking injunctive relief or removal of facilities from public ways.
