§ 156.04 FEE.

In consideration of the issuance of a permit by the city, a permittee, or any other applicable party, shall pay to the city an inspection fee as established by the city code of ordinances. Such fee shall be determined based on the cost of providing inspection services and the increased maintenance cost resulting from utility cuts.
