§ 156.01 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

This chapter is enacted for the purpose of protecting the general health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the city by imposing standards and conditions for the utility service providers constructing, transforming, distributing, or otherwise delivering utility services within the city.
