§ 104.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PARADE. Any parade, march, ceremony, display, exhibition, pageant or procession of any kind or any similar display, in or upon any street or public place.
