§ 71.135 USE OF CERTAIN VEHICLE BRAKES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful and an offense within the city limits for any person, firm or corporation to use vehicle or trailer brakes which create an excessive or unusual noise such as is created by the use of "Jake" brakes.
