§ 52.232 FEES; CHARGES; BILLING PROCEDURES.
   It is the purpose of this subchapter to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the city's wastewater disposal system. A user charge shall be assessed to all users in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter. The applicable charges, and/or remedies shall be set forth in the city's schedule of charges, fees and remedies in Chapters 52 and 53.
