The landscape requirements established in this chapter are applicable to all land within the city only for which a building permit is sought. The following are exempted:
(A) Land used for single-family or duplex dwellings.
(B) Interior remodeling.
(C) Construction of a structure, other than a building, which does not increase the developed area of a lot more than 30 square feet.
(D) Barns and similar types of structures in agriculture zoning districts.
