§ 152.99 PENALTY.

A person who violates a provision of the 2002 Land Development Code, or who fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day upon which a violation continues or noncompliance occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.
