(A) The connection of the building sewer into the public sewer shall conform to the requirements of the Southern Building Code and other applicable rules and regulations of the city.
(B) All new sanitary sewage works shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Oklahoma State Department of Health regulations.
(C) When a public sewer becomes available (within 150 feet), the building sewer shall be connected to the sewer within 60 days.
