Every person owning, conducting or operating a hotel, motel or rooming house is hereby required to report immediately the registration of any minor, under the age of 18 years, unaccompanied by his or her parent or guardian, to the Claremore Police Department. The report shall contain the name, age and place of residence of the minor.
