For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL USE. All sanitary system use other than for a dwelling, and includes multiple-family dwellings or groups of dwellings to which water service is not separately metered.
DWELLING. A housing unit occupied by a single family to which water service is separately metered, or occupied by a single family with not more than two separate rooms for rent.
PUBLIC BUILDINGS. Buildings belonging to the state, the county, the city, and all public school buildings.
SEWAGE. Any substance or material placed in the sanitary sewer system of the city.
