§ 132.25 NEGLIGENTLY DISCHARGING A FIREARM OR AIR RIFLE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm or air rifle while failing to exercise the care which a reasonable and prudent person would use under the same or similar circumstances to avoid injury to any person or property.
