In the conduct of evaluations of applications for allocations pursuant to this subchapter, the city and city officials, employees, agents, and contractors shall comply and the City Council shall require that persons participating in the public hearing shall comply with all requirements of federal and state law regarding discrimination, including Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, and all other applicable federal, state and city laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to any form of discrimination, or housing quality standards as they may from time to time be amended.
