The Mayor may submit written comments to OHFA with regard to an application for an allocation for a development. Comments by the Mayor shall be mailed to the contact person for the applicant and to OHFA by certified mail, with return receipt requested, not later than three business days prior to the last day of the comment period provided by the OHFA Regulations. Comments by the Mayor shall be based solely on the evaluation criteria set forth in § 39.67 of this chapter.
