§ 154.10 VIOLATIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this chapter. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
