§ 72.03 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
   It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized bicycle:
   (A)   On a bike path;
   (B)   On a roadway with a speed limit exceeding 30 mph; and/or
   (C)   While carrying any persons.
