§ 71.26 TRAFFIC LAWS AND RULES CONTROL OPERATION.
   Except as otherwise provided by this subchapter, all provisions of M.S. Ch. 169, regulating traffic and the operation of motor vehicles upon streets or highways shall apply to the operation upon streets and highways, except for those relating to required equipment, and except those which by their nature can have no application.
