§ 71.25 LIMITATION WITHOUT LIABILITY.

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as an assumption of liability by the city of injuries to persons or property which may result from the operation of a golf cart or all-terrain vehicle by a permit holder or the failure of the city to revoke said permit.
