§ 71.23 REVOCATION OR DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   (A)   The City Council and/or the authorized law enforcement, under their discretion, may suspend or revoke a permit granted hereunder upon a finding that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this section or M.S. Ch. 169, as it may be amended from time to time, or if there is evidence that the permit holder cannot safely operate the motorized golf cart or all-terrain vehicle on the designated roadways.
   (B)   If the city intends to revoke a permit issued under this subchapter, the city shall provide the permit holder written notice of the intention to revoke along with the reason for such revocation. The notice shall give a time and date the permit holder can appear before the City Council to contest the revocation. After such hearing, the City Council shall determine whether to revoke the permit and provide the permit holder written notice of that decision.
