§ 54.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

   NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. All property except residential property and property without a water meter.

   RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. All one- and two-family dwellings, all manufactured homes and all apartments or units in multi-family dwellings except nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
