(A) Permit issuance. If the applicant has satisfied the requirements of this section, the city shall issue a permit within ten business days of receiving a completed application. If the city issues a permit under this section, the applicant shall not be required to obtain a permit for the same work under another section of the city code.
(B) Conditions. The city may impose reasonable conditions upon the issuance of the permit and the performance of the applicant thereunder to protect the health, safety and welfare or when necessary to protect the right-of-way and its current use. The permittee shall comply with all conditions contained in the permit.
(C) Notice of work. Upon request by the Director, the permittee shall notify in writing in a form approved by the Director all residents specified by the Director whose property is adjacent to the right-of-way where the proposed work is to be done indicating start and completion dates. Written notification is not required for routine obstruction and excavation projects described in § 155.09(E).
