§ 31.05 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

A Public Works Department is hereby established. The head of the Department shall be the Director of Public Works. The city water, sewerage systems, streets, parks and refuse collection shall be under the direct supervision of the Director and he or she shall be responsible for and have custody of all property of the Department. The Director shall make and file reports as may be requested by the Council.
