§ 150.23 FEES.

(A) Fee schedule. The fee for a building permit is in an amount set by City Council according to the value of the construction work as defined in Appendix E of the State Building Code.

(B) Surcharge. In addition to the fee required by division (A) above, the applicant shall pay a state surcharge in the amount fixed by law. The amount required by law shall be remitted quarterly to the State Department of Administration.
