§ 150.22 DEPARTMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY.
   The BUILDING INSPECTOR is the Building Department and the CITY COUNCIL is the administrative authority wherever those terms are used in the State Building Code and the appendices adopted by reference in this subchapter.
