§ 113.09 HOURS OF OPERATION.

Sexually oriented businesses shall be restricted from operating between the hours of one minute after 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The licensee shall not permit any patron to be in the place of business between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
