§ 113.08 CONDITIONS OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Generally. Every license shall be granted subject to all of the conditions of this code and of any other applicable county, state or federal law.
   (B)   License posted. All licensed premises shall have the license posted in a conspicuous place at all times.
   (C)   Minors prohibited. No minor shall be permitted on the licensed premises and the licensee shall not employ any minors. Provisions to restrict access by minors shall prohibit any entry or view into the portion of the premises in which the sexually oriented business is carried on.
   (D)   Right to enter. Any designated inspection officer of the city, including the Chief of Police, shall have the unqualified right to enter and inspect the premises of a licensee during regular business hours and during nonbusiness hours to determine compliance with this chapter.
   (E)   Responsibility for conduct. Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of the place of business and shall maintain conditions of order.
   (F)   Intoxicated persons. No person to whom a license has been issued shall permit to be or remain in any adult entertainment establishment any obviously intoxicated person.
