§ 91.66 ABANDONING A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   It is unlawful for any person to abandon a motor vehicle on any public or private property without the consent of the person in control of the property. For the purpose of this subchapter, a MOTOR VEHICLE is as defined in M.S. Chapter 169, as may be amended from time to time.
