The tax imposed by Ordinance #01-02-2004 passed January 6, 2004 and as subsequently amended or replaced as well as the tax imposed by Ordinance #02-10-2014 passed February 4, 2014 and approved by the electors on May 6, 2014 and the tax imposed by Ordinance #08-43-2019 passed August 6, 2019 and approved by the electors on November 5, 2019 shall be levied, collected and paid with respect to income, salaries, qualifying wages, commissions and other compensation or distributions earned or received and also with respect to the net profit of businesses, professions and other activities earned or received effective January 1, 2020. This ordinance amends Ordinance #01-02-2004 and 12-86-2015 and amendments thereto.
