(a) The Clerk and/or the Deputy Clerk of the Municipal Court is hereby authorized funds assigned to them under the annual appropriation ordinance for necessary time expended after normal business hours of the Municipal Court for the purpose of issuing warrants and conducting other matters appearing before the Court.
(b) At any time such Clerk or Deputy Clerk is summoned to the Municipal Court after normal working hours or on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, such Clerk or Deputy Clerk shall be reimbursed at the rate of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the first time called to render such services after normal working hours for each day. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Clerk of Courts or Deputy Clerk of Courts to be called twice in the same day, then the rate shall be seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for each time called after the initial call.
