The form of Agreement heretofore prepared by the Circleville-Pickaway Community Improvement Corporation and submitted to Council, which Agreement, upon due execution by the parties thereto, shall constitute the plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the City, is hereby approved and confirmed and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such Agreement on behalf of the City.
