141.13 ADOPTION OF CIRCLEVILLE EAST LAND USE PLAN.

Council hereby adopts the Circleville East Land Use Plan, as created by James L. Hartzler, and as forwarded for approval by the Circleville Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, for use in determining future development of the Eastern Annexation area.
