141.10 WITNESSES, OATHS, CONTEMPT AND DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE BOARD.

The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the power to subpoena witnesses, administer oaths and punish for contempt and may require the production of documents, under such regulations as it may establish. (Ord. 9-65-91. Passed 9-3-91.)
