The Board of Zoning Appeals shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon each question; or if absent or failing to vote, indicating such facts; and shall keep records of its examinations and other official actions, all of which shall be preserved as a public record. All witnesses before the Board shall be placed under oath by the Recording Secretary who shall be a Notary Public or another Notary Public in the absence of the Recording Secretary. (Ord. 9-65-91.
