There is hereby established a Board of Zoning Appeals of seven members, consisting of the Mayor, Director of Public Services, President of Board of Park Commissioners, and four citizens of the municipal corporation who shall be those same persons as appointed by the Mayor to the City Planning and Zoning Commission, shall serve without compensation, and shall be appointed by the Mayor for terms of six years each. The Board shall elect its own officers annually and shall otherwise comply with Ohio R.C. 713.11.
