There is hereby created within the Cable Television Affairs Department a Director of Cable Television Affairs for the City who shall be responsible for the administration and supervision of the entire cable television access channels operations within the City and shall have such other duties and responsibilities as established by the Cable Television Commission of Circleville. The Director shall be appointed by and report directly to the Mayor.
