There is hereby established an inspection fee for under speed vehicles, including golf carts, in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00), which fee shall be collected by the Police Department at the time of such vehicle inspection and deposited into the Safety Fund of the City to be used to defray the expenses of the inspection program and such other law enforcement expenses as may be necessarily incurred as a result of these vehicle inspections.
