Pursuant to the Ohio R.C. 735.01, the Council of the City of Circleville hereby waives the requirement of residency of the position of the Director of Public Service under the following condition:
(a) That their current residence is within a twenty mile radius of the City of Circleville, so that in the event of an emergency the applicant would be able to report within a reasonable time frame.
