Each application for an appeal to the Ohio Board of Building Standards from an action, decision, notice or order of a Building Inspector relating to commercial structures shall be accompanied by a fee as established by the Ohio Board of Building Standards. This fee shall be deposited with the office of the Ohio Board of Building Standards and shall be used to defray the normal expenses of the Board in conducting this appeal. No filing fee shall be charged for any application for an appeal to the Building Department Board from an action, decision, notice or order of a Building Inspector relating to residential structures.
