Upon presentation of proper credentials, any Building Inspector or his duly authorized representatives, may enter at reasonable times any building, structure or premises in the jurisdiction to perform any duty imposed upon him by this chapter or any building code being enforced by the Circleville Building Department. If requested entry is refused or is otherwise unobtainable, a search warrant may be obtained with the aid of the Circleville Police Department or the Pickaway County Sheriff's Department, where applicable, before such entry or inspection is made.
