(a) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of any building codes enforced by the Circleville Building Department and a provision of state law, the State law shall control.
(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of any building code enforced by the Circleville Building Department and a provision of a local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the provisions of the applicable building code shall control.
(c) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of any building code enforced by the Circleville Building Department and a provision of any other technical code adopted by the City by reference, the stricter or higher standard shall control.
