A complete copy of any building codes enforced by the Building Department, including, but not limited to, the National Electric Code (NEC), the OBOA 1, 2, and 3 Family Dwelling Code, the Building Officials and Code Administrators National Property Maintenance Code (BOCA), the Ohio Basic Building Code (OBBC), the Ohio Plumbing Code, the Circleville Building Code, and the Circleville Zoning Code, as well as any amendments to these codes, shall be maintained on file in the office of the Service Director, Safety Director, Building Department, and by the Clerk of the Council for inspection by the public. At least one copy of such code shall also be on file in the office of the City Law Director, the County Law Library, and with the Judge of the Circleville Municipal Court. In addition, the Building Department shall keep copies of such
codes available for distribution to the public at cost.
