(a) There is hereby established an agency fund to be known as the "Building Standards Fund", Fund Number 701 under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3781.102. The necessity for establishing the Building Standards Fund is to account for the three percent (3%) fee collected by the City Building Department for the Board of Building Standards for the State of Ohio.
(b) The City shall remit monthly to the Treasurer of the State of Ohio all moneys collected on behalf of the Board of Building Standards according to Ohio R.C. 3781.102.
